Web Hosting Services supply both secure and standard POP3 and IMAP Email Services access.Â
This article serves to provide details on the common server settings needed to setup standard POP3 Email Access.
Incoming Server: mail.{yourdomain.co.nz}
Incoming Server Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.{yourdomain.co.nz}
Outgoing Server Port: 25 or 26
The Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication so you'll need to enter your credentials (email address/password) again for the outgoing server.
Substitute {yourdomain.co.nz} for your actual domain name.
Username and password will be as you have created in cpanel for both incoming and outgoing server setup. This should be the full email address
e.g: joe@{yourdomain.co.nz}
By entering these settings to your phone/email client you should now be up and running on Web Hosting Services POP3 Email Service
